Everyone at this office is friendly and knowledgeable. They make it a good experience. Dr Kramer is wonderful. She has never rushed me in any of the years I’ve been going to her. She is smart and so pleasant to talk to. I am always recommending her to family and friends. I can’t say enough good things about her. I trust her!

I was able to fill out my forms before hand through a link that was sent via text in return that made the process of check in go relatively smooth. Once I arrived I was taken care of right away everything was explained to me before hand as to what I was going to do and what the cost would be including my insurance. Before I walked into any room they wiped it down which I really appreciated because they could have done it before hand but how would I have known as the client so them doing it in front of my was nice. The staff and doctor were professional and helpful. I was changing brands and they allowed me to try on the colors to make sure I find the ones I liked. I was just pleased and will return. Also the contacts get sent to your front door so that’s a nice bonus cause that helps not have another trip to the office though I wouldn’t mind.

The entire Promenade Eye Care staff treated me exceptionally well and it was obvious they were highly skilled in the performance of their duties. Both Bree and Derek were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous at all times. The wait period was very brief when I arrived prior to my scheduled appointment. Bree set up the high tech test equipment and gave easy verbal instructions to follow. She took detailed retinal images and pressure readings. Dr. Kramer was also very friendly, thorough, professional, and addressed all of my questions and concerns before, during, and after her comprehensive eye exam. I was very pleased overall and will highly recommend Promenade Eye Care, especially and their courteous and highly trained staff to anyone.
